Accord Home Care, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Libby Jones-Werchan. We are a locally owned and operated agency. Libby has over 30 years experience in the home care industry and is a firm believer and promoter of a patient's right to choose.

The goal of Accord Home Care is to provide you with information about home health services to give you a sense of confidence as you make decisions about homecare services for your loved ones. Most of our patients are referred to us by the hospital or rehab center, the physician, a family member or friend. Accord Home Care Provides Health Services for the Entire Central Texas Area, Including Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Bastrop, Cedar Park, Lago Vista, Burnet. Blanco, Lampasas, Llano and More. We currently provide services to 12 counties.

We accept Medicare, Humana and most Medicare Advantage PFFS plans. Did you know that if certain Medicare provisions are met that home health care is provided at no cost to the Medicare recipient? Call us if you have questions regarding eligibility.

Our Licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists treat patients with a wide variety of functional limitations including large and small motor function limitations. These services are also under the direction or the patient's physician.
