You enjoyed our August comparative tasting class so much that we are keeping the format and introducing you to the world of red wine in September. You will travel around the world in an hour sampling red wines from prominent wine regions.  Flat Creek wines will also be presented during the comparative tasting. 

Class participants will take home "The Wine Aroma Wheel", a guide to the aromas of major wine varietals.
 
After class, enjoy a special 3-course paired wine dinner prepared by Chef Sean Fulford.
